Mr.Sanjiv Kumar ( PGDM from YMCA in 1988 ) is the proprietor of “Kumar Search Services”. He is having an experience of more than 20 years in recruitment business.It has been 20 very eventful years. We have seen total revolution in the business of recruitment. In early nineties, when most of the candidates were not having phones at their residences, we used to have a team of courier boys on our rolls, to deliver call letters to the candidates, so that they can attend the interviews. Now in contrast , the entire recruitment process is online, and most of the candidates have access to internet and mobile phones. We use all major job portals of India, and we access the databases of all major job sites. We are capable of placing candidates at any level in any industry. Our client list is so huge, that it looks like a directory and we always keep adding new companies to our list.

Our core strength is HEAD HUNTING

Our research suggest that in India, 60% candidates do not register on any job portals. These 60% candidates search jobs from newspaper advertisements or by references. So we regularly advertise in leading newspapers and maintain and update our own databank of candidates, which is very unique. Though we also have access to all major job portals of India.
